+  - Missing authentication/authorization: The entire `categories` route (including `PATCH /:id/image`) does not use the `adminOnly` middleware.
+  - Lack of URL protocol sanitization: The `imageUrl` string parameter does not restrict schemes, allowing potential protocol-based XSS (e.g. `javascript:`) if rendered unsafely on the frontend.
