+At **HomAroma**, we strive to deliver your sensory experiences as quickly and safely as possible.

+### 1. Processing Time
+All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

+### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
+Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
+- **Standard Shipping (Domestic):** 3-5 business days. Free for orders over 1,500 THB. Otherwise, a flat rate applies.
+- **Express Shipping (Domestic):** 1-2 business days for an additional fee.

+### 3. Order Tracking
+Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or LINE notification with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.
