  • Added operational scope labels to deployment runbooks for DDC, HuaHin, Kittisak, and the new project deployment guide.
  • Preserved exact hostnames, ports, PM2 service names, paths, and incident facts as required by DOCUMENTATION_MIGRATION.md.
  • Added cross-references to docs/PLATFORM_OVERVIEW.md.
  • Updated docs/DOCUMENTATION_MIGRATION.md completion ledger.
