• Created .agents/README.md distinguishing active skills (.agents/skills/) from historical subagent workspaces (auditor_, worker_, reviewer_*, etc.).
• Verified historical notice in root ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md and RESUME_PORTFOLIO_MARKETING_DEV.md.
• Updated docs/DOCUMENTATION_MIGRATION.md completion ledger to 100% completion across all 4 modernization phases.
