  - Missing authentication/authorization: The entire `categories` route (including `PATCH /:id/image`) does not use the `adminOnly` middleware.
  - Lack of URL protocol sanitization: The `imageUrl` string parameter does not restrict schemes, allowing potential protocol-based XSS (e.g. `javascript:`) if rendered unsafely on the frontend.
- **Untested angles**: None.

## Key Decisions Made
- Confirmed that the implementation meets functional requirements.
- Decided to issue verdict of APPROVE while raising findings for security improvements (lack of auth and URL protocol check) to be addressed in subsequent security hardening tasks.
