  - Transaction atomicity in PUT: Proved non-atomic due to parent `prisma` updates before transaction.
  - Type-safety compilation under NodeNext: Proved relative import compilation errors due to missing `.js` extensions.
  - Translation array merging: Proved spreading array of translation objects corrupts the label/title shape.
- **Vulnerabilities found**:
  - Database inconsistent state on partial transaction failure.
  - Insecure PATCH route lacking TypeBox schema validation.
- **Untested angles**: Persistent snapshot store (uses in-memory map which resets on server restart).
