# Return & Refund Policy | นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน

We want you to love your **HomAroma** products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

### 1. Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Note: Custom-made or personalized items, and items bought on final sale cannot be returned.*

### 2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

### 3. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

### 2. การคืนเงิน
เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าของคุณแล้ว เราจะตรวจสอบและแจ้งสถานะการคืนเงินให้คุณทราบ หากการคืนสินค้าได้รับการอนุมัติ เราจะดำเนินการคืนเงินกลับไปยังช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิมของคุณ โดยคุณจะได้รับยอดเงินคืนภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายของผู้ออกบัตร/ธนาคารของคุณ
