• Check apps/backend/src/routes/categories.ts for the implementation of PATCH /categories/:id/image.
• Check apps/mcp-server/index.ts for the implementation of the tool registration and handler. Confirm that:

1. The implementation matches requirements.
2. It compiles correctly without TypeScript errors.
3. No security vulnerabilities or edge cases are ignored (e.g. invalid category ID, missing imageUrl, etc.). Write your review report to handoff.md in your working directory. Send a message to the orchestrator parent when done.
