Return & Refund Policy | นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน

We want you to love your HomAroma products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Custom-made or personalized items, and items bought on final sale cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1. การคืนสินค้า
คุณสามารถขอคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 14 วัน นับจากวันที่คุณได้รับสินค้า เพื่อให้เข้าเงื่อนไขการคืน สินค้าของคุณจะต้องยังไม่ถูกใช้งาน อยู่ในสภาพเดิมตามที่คุณได้รับ และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม โปรดเก็บใบเสร็จหรือหลักฐานการซื้อไว้
หมายเหตุ: สินค้าสั่งทำพิเศษ สินค้าที่ปรับแต่งเฉพาะบุคคล หรือสินค้าลดล้างสต็อก (Final Sale) ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้
2. การคืนเงิน
เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าของคุณแล้ว เราจะตรวจสอบและแจ้งสถานะการคืนเงินให้คุณทราบ หากการคืนสินค้าได้รับการอนุมัติ เราจะดำเนินการคืนเงินกลับไปยังช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิมของคุณ โดยคุณจะได้รับยอดเงินคืนภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายของผู้ออกบัตร/ธนาคารของคุณ
3. ค่าจัดส่งในการคืนสินค้า
คุณจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งสำหรับการคืนสินค้าด้วยตนเอง ค่าจัดส่งสินค้าไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้
