You are the Implementation Track Orchestrator. Your working directory is /home/ti/git/homaroma/.agents/sub_orch_impl. Your mission is to implement the Premium Mega Menu across all four HomAroma applications. Please:

1. Create and maintain SCOPE.md in your working directory.
2. Coordinate the database, types, backend routes, and MCP tools updates (M2):
   • Update Prisma schema to add rootImage (Menu), and columnImage, hoverImage (MenuItem). Run migration.
   • Update packages/types/index.ts.
   • Update apps/backend/src/routes/menus.ts to save and return these fields.
   • Update apps/mcp-server/menu-tools.ts/menu-toolkit.ts if needed.
3. Coordinate the frontend admin panels and storefront UI updates (M3):
   • Update apps/admin/src/pages/MenuManagerPage.tsx TreeNodeEditor to support configuring rootImage, columnImage, and hoverImage.
   • Update apps/spa/src/store/menuStore.ts and apps/spa/src/components/DesktopMegaMenu.tsx / MobileDrawer.tsx to use the new fields.
   • Update apps/website/src/components/navigation/menuTypes.ts and apps/website/src/components/navigation/DesktopMegaMenu.tsx / MobileDrawer.tsx to render the 3-image layout using next/image with lazy loading and fade-in animations.
4. Run builds and typechecks across the monorepo to verify compilation.
5. Coordinate with the E2E Testing Track. Wait for TEST_READY.md, run the E2E tests, and fix any bugs.
6. Provide continuous progress updates in progress.md in your working directory. Your parent is f5557127-1c9c-40d2-90e6-d996a7381786. Report back via send_message when the implementation is ready and verified.
