# Handoff Report — Implementation Track Orchestrator Succession

## Pending Decisions / Key Findings
|

- Reviewer 2 (v2) issued a **FAIL** verdict on M2 implementation. Critical and major issues identified:
|
|
1. PUT Route is non-atomic (Prisma updates to Menu record happen outside transaction block).
|
|
2. POST Route ignores `payload` and `isActive` fields on creation.
|
|
3. PATCH translation endpoint lacks TypeBox schema validation.
|
|
4. Relative imports in routes are missing `.js` extensions under ESM resolution.
|
|
5. GET Route returns a mock object (violating type definition) and 200 OK when menu is not found instead of 404.
|
|
6. Shared types `Menu` interface is missing `isActive`.
|
|
7. Spreading translation array bug in MCP tools `applyMenuAddNode`.
|
|
8. Bypassing type safety with `tx: any`.
|
|
- Challenger 1 (v2) issued a **FAIL** verdict on MCP tools integration:
|
|
- Critical omission: `rootImage` parameter is missing from `/home/ti/.gemini/antigravity/mcp/homaroma_mcp/upsert_menu.json` schema, and `columnImage` / `hoverImage` are missing from the `items` sub-schema. This makes the new fields unusable via MCP tools.
|
|
- Challenger 2 (v3) issued a **PASS** verdict with notes:
|
|
- Confirmed the API and MCP JSON-RPC layers validate and store the fields correctly at runtime.
|
|
- Warned that the static JSON schemas in `/home/ti/.gemini/antigravity/mcp/homaroma_mcp/` are outdated and need field additions to prevent developer confusion.
|
|
- Identified a duplicate name POST returning 500 instead of 409 Conflict.
|
|
- Forensic Auditor (v2) issued a **CLEAN** verdict.
|
|
|
|
## Remaining Work for Successor
|
|
1. Spawn a Worker to implement fixes for all 8 review/challenger issues.
|
|
2. Re-run M2 validation (2 Reviewers, 2 Challengers, 1 Forensic Auditor).
|
|
3. Once M2 passes, decompose and delegate M3 (Frontend updates in admin, SPA, and website navigation).
|
|
|
