BRIEFING — 2026-06-28T21:20:27-04:00
Mission
Explore the codebase at /home/ti/git/homaroma to locate backend server code, storefront code, Prisma models, existing tests, and MCP tools configuration.
🔒 My Identity
- Archetype: explorer
- Roles: Read-only investigator
- Working directory: /home/ti/git/homaroma/.agents/explorer_m1
- Original parent: f5557127-1c9c-40d2-90e6-d996a7381786
- Milestone: M1 Codebase Exploration
🔒 Key Constraints
- Read-only investigation — do NOT implement
- CODE_ONLY network mode: No external network access or requests
- Do not modify source code (except writing reports in explorer_m1 folder)

Investigation State
- Explored paths:
package.json(root)ecosystem.config.js(root)PROJECT_DETAILS.md(root)apps/backend/package.json&apps/backend/src/index.tsapps/website/package.json&apps/website/next.config.tsapps/backend/prisma/schema.prismaapps/mcp-server/package.json&apps/mcp-server/index.ts&apps/mcp-server/menu-toolkit.ts&apps/mcp-server/section-toolkit.tsapps/mcp-server/test_mcp_category_image.ts
- Key findings:
- Elysia backend runs on port 3051 by default using Bun.
- Next.js website storefront runs on port 3001 in dev (port 3002 in PM2 production).
- Prisma models for Menu/Mega Menu consist of
Menu,MenuItem, andMenuItemTranslation. - No formal test runner config exists; manual tests are scratch TS files run via Bun, including an integration test for MCP tools.
- MCP server runs on stdio, targets backend, handles auto-authentication, and registers a massive list of tools.
- Unexplored areas:
- Detailed endpoints in route handlers of the Elysia backend.
- UI pages inside Next.js website.
- Key Decisions Made:
- Proceeded with read-only files scanning to address all 5 exploration questions.
