## Summary of Changes
|
|
1. **Schema & Zod Types**: Extended `EditorialCarouselSectionPayloadSchema` in `packages/types/index.ts` to include optional `layout` and `imagePosition` enum fields.
|
|
2. **MCP Tooling**: Added `layout` and `imagePosition` to the metadata properties of the `update_editorial_carousel` MCP tool in `apps/mcp-server/section-toolkit.ts` to support programmatic updates.
|
|
3. **Admin UI Form**: Updated `EditorialCarouselForm.tsx` in `apps/admin` with layout and image position selectors. The image position field automatically disables when standard layout is active.
|
|
4. **SPA Frontend**: Configured `DynamicEditorialCarousel.tsx` to handle `split_screen` layouts. It sets the Swiper slides-per-view to 1, uses CSS Grid dynamic column sizes (`35%/65%` or `65%/35%`), orders the columns responsively (image top/text bottom on mobile), and relies on theme-compliant dynamic pop-* classes.

5. **Next.js Website**: Configured website `DynamicPageRenderer.tsx` (`EditorialCarouselSection`) to render the `split_screen` layout with full-width slides, client-width scrolling adjustments, CSS grid splits, responsive stacking orders, and Tailwind v4 theme utility classes (`bg-surface-card`, `border-line-primary/20`).

|
## Verification
|
|
- Monorepo compilation and typecheck succeeded for all applications (`apps/admin`, `apps/spa`, `apps/website`, `apps/mcp-server`).
|
|
- Reviewer verified desktop split layout ratios, mobile stacked orders, backward compatibility, Zod type alignment, and design system color conformance.
|
|
- Forensic Auditor verified clean execution, genuine non-mocked dynamic logic, and complete absence of hardcoding or bypass flags.
