# Execution Plan: Split-Screen Editorial Carousel
|
|
|
|
## Step 1: Codebase Exploration and Detail Verification
|
|
- Target: Run an Explorer to verify types, schema validation, and find styles or markup patterns.
|
|
- Verification: Explorer report on existing `EDITORIAL_CAROUSEL` patterns, build verification, and theme compliance requirements.
|
|
|
|
## Step 2: Milestone 1 - Schema, Types & MCP Tooling (Backend)
|
|
- Target: Update `packages/types/index.ts` and `apps/mcp-server/section-toolkit.ts` using `teamwork_preview_worker`.
|
|
- Skill needed: `database-architect` (for types) / `backend-mcp-lead` (for MCP).
|
|
- Verification: Run typecheck and verify that MCP toolkit compilation succeeds.
|
|
|
|
## Step 3: Milestone 2 - Admin Page Builder Form (Admin CMS UI)
|
|
- Target: Update `apps/admin/src/components/page-builder/EditorialCarouselForm.tsx` using `teamwork_preview_worker`.
|
|
- Skill needed: `frontend-lead` / `cms-architect`.
|
|
- Verification: Run typecheck and build in `apps/admin`.
|
|
|
|
## Step 4: Milestone 3 - Frontend Renderers (SPA & Website)
|
|
- Target: Update `apps/spa/src/components/DynamicEditorialCarousel.tsx` and `apps/website/src/components/dynamic/DynamicPageRenderer.tsx` using `teamwork_preview_worker`.
|
|
- Skill needed: `frontend-lead` (for SPA) and `nextjs-seo-architect` (for website/Next.js dynamic rendering). Check theme compliance using `theme-compliance-auditor`.
|
|
- Verification: Run typechecks and builds in `apps/spa` and `apps/website`.
|
|
|
|
## Step 5: Milestone 4 - Review and End-to-End Verification
|
|
- Target: Review all changes using `teamwork_preview_reviewer` and run a `teamwork_preview_auditor` to check for integrity.
|
|
- Verification: Monorepo `npm run typecheck` passes, and the carousel renders and behaves correctly on mobile and desktop.
